Daily Morning Zazen (5:30—7:30 am EDT)

Welcome to the Ocean Mind Sangha. On weekdays we sit two 1-hour periods of zazen—silent meditation—in the morning. Please feel free to stand, walk, or take a break as you need it. You’re welcome to come for some or all of the sit, but if you’re able to arrive at the beginning of the period, we encourage you to do so.

The schedule is as follows:
5:30 - 6:30 am Zazen and Verse of the Kesa
6:30 - 7:30 am Zazen and Four Immeasurables (Long)

The Zoom link is the same each day, so you only have to register once. We look forward to sitting with you.
