In-person Sesshin (April 26–28)

  • Long Island, NY USA (map)

April 26, 6 pm — April 28, noon EST

Note: This sesshin replaces the February sesshin, which was cancelled due to the winter covid surge.

Sesshin means “gathering the mind,” and it’s the quintessential meditation practice in Zen. These meditation intensives are meant to create a container in which we can devote ourselves wholeheartedly to zazen, deepening our relationship to ourselves and one another while practicing stillness and silence.

Join us in Watermill, Long Island (New York) for this silent intensive which will include a dharma encounter led by Zuisei. This is the schedule and chants.

The cost for the program is $250. If needed, you’re welcome to make a different donation. Just let us know it’s for this retreat. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

This retreat is now full. If you’d like to be added to the waiting list, please contact Zuisei.
