Two quiet hours of sitting—just you and your body, your mind, silence, and the company of noble friends.
Sesshin means “gathering the mind,” and it’s the quintessential meditation practice in Zen. This in-person meditation intensive is meant to create a container in which we can devote ourselves wholeheartedly to zazen, deepening the practice of stillness and silence so we can see ourselves and others clearly.
