Daily Zazen
Weekdays, 5:30 am - 7:30 am ET
During the week we sit together in the morning for two 1-hour periods of zazen (silent meditation). You’re welcome to come for some or all of the sit, and feel free to stand, walk, or take a break as you need it.
The schedule is as follows:
5:30 - 6:30 am Zazen and Verse of the Kesa
6:30 - 7:30 am Zazen and Four Immeasurables (Long)
The Zoom link is the same each day, so you only have to register once. We look forward to sitting with you.
